The positive notice for Tom Brady vs. the NFL: The Case for Football’s Greatest Quarterback<\/a> continues to roll in.<\/p>\n

The latest comes from Michael Hamm<\/a> of Musket Fire<\/a>, who reports that he didn’t necessarily get what he wanted from the book, but he got what he needed.<\/p>\n

He particularly liked what I wrote about the drive Brady orchestrated to set up Adam Vinatieri’s game-winning field goal in Super Bowl XXXVI<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“The third chapter of the book gives the finest written account of the drive that I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve ever read \u00e2\u20ac\u201c to the point that the memory that it evoked game me goosebumps, just as Madden had when he finally realized that he was wrong about chastising Belichick for trying to win the game in regulation.”<\/p>\n

He goes on to say:<\/p>\n

“Tom Brady is the best quarterback ever to lace up a pair of cleats, that much is made abundantly clear in this book.<\/p>\n

“He just is.”<\/p>\n
